Packet Pick-up at Feet First Sports: 

Saturday, August 27th from 10:00am to 5:00pm.
Day of the race at start area 7:30am  to 8:30am.
 Race day registration:  At start area.  

 Entry fee (non-refundable):
$18 for pre-registered runners. You must be pre-registered by August 1, 2005 to get a free T-shirt and a gift certificate for a free bowl of Matzohball soup.

$25.00 for family - includes one shirt. Additional shirts are $10.00 each.

Late Registration: $20.00 for individuals/$28.00 for families.

Race day registration $22/individual; $30/family
T-shirt availability and size not guaranteed for race day registration.

Awards:
 Top runner - trophies in many categories: top male, top female, 1st thru 3rd place (male and female) all age groups, fastest H.C. Strider (male and female)
There will also be random prizes

Suburban House Deli will generously donate a gift certificate to the first 300 pre-registered runners for a free bowl of their famous Matzoh Ball Soup (one certificate for those registering as a family).

Matzoh Ball T-shirt: Provided to all pre-registered participants. We do not guaranteed that late registrants will receive a T-shirt. One shirt per registered participant or registered family. Additional shirts may be purchased in advance for $10.00 each.
Both the 5K race and the 1 mile fun run/walk courses are around beautiful Centennial Park and follow the paved footpaths around the lake. 

The park is located off Route 108 in Columbia, Maryland. 

Water is provided at mile two. Bagels, fruit, and water are provided at the finish.

I know that running a race is a potentially hazardous activity and I should not enter and run unless I am medically able and properly trained.  I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to complete the run safely.  I assume all risks associated with running in this event including, but not limited to: falls; contact with other participants; the effects of weather, including high heat and/or humidity; the conditions and traffic on the course; all such risks being known and appreciated by me.  Having read this waiver, and knowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release all sponsors of these event, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event or carelessness on the part of the persons/parties named in this waiver.  I grant permission to use photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other records of these events for any legitimate purposes.  I understand that bicycles, skate boards, baby joggers, roller skates or blades, animals and radio headsets are not allowed in the race, and I will abide by this guideline.
