  • We provide an initial consultation so that we fully understand your needs.

  • We research the market and determine the most appropriate carriers and plan design to meet your needs.  If current coverage is appropriate, we focus on benefit integration and employee communications.

  • We provide the employer with tools, such as employer and employee surveys to help you and our team to better manage change.

  • We develop "employee friendly" personalized materials designed to clarify contract language and assist employees in better understanding their benefits.

  • We meet with employees, communicate benefits and represent ourselves in a way that promotes the employer and the selected benefit package.

  • We provide ongoing communications concerning plan guidelines, benefits, and cost saving strategies as well as periodic communications to highlight benefit features so that employees get greater value.

  • We make ourselves available at all times to assist when there are administrative issues such as billing, state or federal requirements.

  • We provide a complete annual review two months prior to the groups anniversary date.  We review current coverage and assist in making changes when appropriate.

  • We make ourselves available to all employees, following up on claim disputes, clarifying plan guidelines, and providing them superior service.  We encourage all accounts, regardless of size, to have their employees complete a medical release form (HIPPA compliance) which allows our support team to communicate with insurance carriers on their behalf.

  • We take a holistic approach to the planning process by looking at all areas of benefit planning.  When outside the scope of our services, we utilize well tested strategic relationships to satisfy the needs of the employer.
